Sometimes pool safety fence has to be demanded by a parent in order for the grandparents to comply. A great example is of a grandparent in Jayuya. Puerto Rico. The son has refused to bring the grandson to see grandma at her house in Jayuya because she does not have a pool fence around the pool.
